My Fall Project # 5 - Art & Science Logo

This a logo designed for a new building for art and science at Northern Virginia Community College. I used the college's colors in creating the logo. The blue color i assume is a color common with science. To make the logo more meaningful and purposeful, I inculcated the picture of the building and wrote art and science as part of the design. This logo can be used to identified all items that belong to the building.

This vehicle lettering is my project for ART284 class fall2013. It is a vehicle assumed to be donated by Prince William County where the college is situated for offering excellent and affordable education for the community.

My 4th project-ART284 Fall 2013

This is an on-going project to design a vehicle my college's is going to receive as an award for providing excellent and affordable education for the community. This was recognized by the local government. The college is going to use this vehicle as a shuttle for the collage. Please expect the finished work shortly.

My Monochromatic painting project.

Monochromatic painting seems to be easier, but very challenging. In any case it was a fun to use gouache to make this brilliant piece.

My painting in Art 132 Fall 2013

 

This is a picture originally made by GEORGES de la TOUR entitled "The newborn" in 1649. Oil on canvas. I recreated this picture with gouache on paper in ART 132, fall 2013 class. The purpose is to acquired grade scale skills. This is also to help us understand how 3D forms are created. The picture below is the original work printed  by my professor WikiPaintings.org.

My cityscape collage - Project # 3

In this project, I planned to Adobe Photoshop cs6 to create a scene like school within a city. Far left is a school -Art institute- So the picture shows like some people are going to school and others going to work. This  picture actually depicts modern city life in winter time. I used about 10 layer to create this picture

A girl of colors

This is a picture from moguefile. This picture was well created with unique colors. White ,red, gold, gray, and black are beautiful combination and also harmonized. You could see how the artist distributed the colors.

MY PHILOSOPHY ABOUT ART AND LIFE

ART and LIFE are inseparable.What that means is that without art there wouldn't be life.  Art and life is no doubt was the genesis of this world that we leave. Art started when the Almighty GOD created the world, man and woman and put them in the garden of Aden, according to the scripture. One cannot imagine how this world would function without art. Art is part of everyday life. Let look from the main streams of art; performing art: Music, dance, drama, film, etc. and visual art: photography, architecture, fashion, design, sculpture, etc. Keep in mind that everything that sustains life must be designed first... This is my message. Art is Life.
